Our process for making your tile & grout sparkle

  • Move furniture
  • Dust Mop
  • Test neutral cleaning
  • Test acid based (more powerful) cleaner
  • Pre-Spray areas to be cleaned
  • Scrub face tiles
  • Scrub grout lines
  • Let dwell for 5-10 minutes
  • High pressure, hot water rinse
  • Re-seal areas if acid-based product was used
  • Replace furniture if necessary

Soil, grease, and other substances build up in tile crevices and grout lines, especially in high traffic areas.

We are not using buckets and mops. We are using products designed specifically for ceramic/porcelain tile and grout. We will choose the best product to suit your needs. Re-sealing is not necessary if a neutral cleaner used. The brushes we use are made to get all the way into the grout lines. Using our powerful, truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine, a high pressure boiling hot rinse solution is sprayed within an enclosed vacuum head. This prevents unwanted overspray from hitting carpet, cabinets, etc. This rinse removes the cleaning solution, soil, and most stains. It usually only takes two hours for everything to dry, but if re-sealing is necessary, 24 hours are needed for curing purposes.
